FCI HRMS login: Employee self-service all details 2022

What is the FCI HRMS portal?

Food Corporation of India has developed an Employee Self Service system for the employees which is also known as the FCI HRMS. All employees can access all online services with the help of the online portal and mobile app.

FCI has introduced all helpful services in the HRMS portal such as Online leave management, Reimbursement claim, Training information, Online Attendance facility, Check online reports, circulars, etc.

How to log in?

All employees can access all available online services after login into the HRMS portal. Please check the below-given steps.

FCI HRMS login process:

Step 1: Open the official HRMS portal at https://www.hrmsfci.in/.

Step 2: On the home page you will see a login form (as shown below).

Step 3: Now enter your employee ID in the user id field, enter your password which you will get from the IT system administrator, enter the given security code and click the Sign In button. You have successfully logged in to the portal.

After the login employees will be redirected to the home page of the HRMS where they will see many services listed there. All employees can use these online services by clicking on any link through their dashboard. Some of the important services are mentioned below.

Employees can click the dashboard link to check the latest notification and reports. They can also approve the pending requests through their dashboard page. Employees will also get a summary of the planned leaves and Holidays, attendance, Training, etc.

FCI HRMS mobile app

Mobile apps are also available for both Android and IOS platforms. All employees can easily download and use mobile apps. We are sharing the android app download and login process.

1-Open the Google Play store app on your smartphone

2-In the play store search HRMS FCI and Install the first app. Please check the developer name “Food Corporation of India”.

3-After installing finished, open the app and log in by using your employee number and password.

4-You can also create an MPIN so that you can log in every time by just entering your MPIN and there is no need to enter the user name and password. To create an MPIN click the Login with MPIN link and again click the Create MPIN link.

5- After that enter your Employee ID, and Date of Birth, type a new MPIN 2 times and click the Continue button.

6-On the next screen, enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number. After the OTP verification, your MPIN will be created successfully.

Now you can use the mobile app.

apply for leave and submit attendance?

After login, all employees can apply for leave and submit their attendance through the HRMS portal. Please check the below steps.

Step 1: Open the HRMS portal or mobile app.

Step 2: Login by using your user id and password.

Step 3: After login, click the Leave module. After that, you will see the below-mentioned leave-related options.

  • Leave station intimation
  • Leave balance
  • My attendance
  • Attendance regularization
  • Employee calendar
  • Pre-approval for work on holiday
  • Apply for leave
  • Applied leaves
  • Leave encashment

Step 4: Now click the Apply leave for a new leave application. Fill in all required details and submit this leave application form.

You will have to specify the leave category from the below list.

  • Casual leave
  • Restricted holiday
  • Special casual leave
  • HPL/Medical leave
  • Compensatory leave
  • Unavailed joining leave
  • Earned leaves
  • Paternity leave
  • Adoption leave
  • Child care leave

You can also check the previously applied leave by clicking the Applied leaves link. Click the Leave balance link to check the remaining leaves you can get in the current financial year.

Step 5: Click the My attendance link to check all information related to your presence and absence. You can use the Attendance regularization link if you forgot to mark your attendance through the biometric machine attendance system while entering the office. You will have to submit the required details and a reason for that.

How to Submit Poverty information?

You will have to submit the property information in the HRMS system for the current financial year. The land you currently owned or you have purchased any new property must be informed through the HRMS.

  • Click the Property link after login
  • You will see two options Movable property request and an immovable property request.
  • Submit all details by clicking both links.
