Admission
Admission to the Government Polytechnic Barabanki is done through the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (UPJEE(P)). It’s a state-level joint exam that is conducted for admission to all government and private colleges in Uttar Pradesh state.
In the years 1986-87 the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) was formed to manage the admission process for all government and private polytechnic colleges in the state. Since then JEECUP is responsible to complete the overall admission process successfully.
