IOB NET Banking registration

If you want to use internet banking then you have to register yourself. After the registration, you will get your login credentials which you can use to log in and access the online banking.

There are two modes of registration:

  • i-By visiting any bank branch
  • ii-Online registration

Although anyone can visit the bank branch and submit the internet banking registration form. If you want to save your time then an online registration facility is also available on the IOB Bank official website. We are sharing the online registration process below.

1-Personel user registration online

All individual customers can follow the below-given steps to apply online for net banking.

Step 1: First of all you will have to open the official IOB net banking website https://www.iobnet.co.in/. You will see some customer awareness tips.

Step 2: Read all information and click the ‘Continue to Internet Banking home page’ link located at the bottom. You will see the Indian Overseas net banking website home page where you will get the registration link on the right side (as shown below).

Step 3: Now click the Register link below the Personal login. A new individual registration page will appear on the next screen for personal banking.

Step 4: You will have to fill this registration form by providing all details. Please make a unique login ID and enter the password two times. After that enter your personal details, contact details, and bank account number.

Step 5: Finally enter the given captcha code and click the Submit button. Your application has been submitted successfully. Now you will have to activate your login ID.

Activate IOB Personal login ID:

You can easily activate your login ID by following the below-given steps.

1-Open the IOB net banking portal https://www.iobnet.co.in/ibanking/html/index1.html and click the Personal login link.

2-On the next screen you will see a login page and some links on the right side (as shown below).

3-Click the Activate Login ID link. A new login I activate form will appear on the next screen.

4-In this activate login id form enter your Login ID which you created while online registration, 15 digit account number, registered email id, captcha code. After that click the Continue button.

5-You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. On the next screen, you will have to enter the OTP and submit this form. Your user ID is activated now and you can use Internet banking.

2-Corporate user registration online

Corporate users can also register online for internet banking. Please follow the below-given steps.

Step #1: Open the IOB net banking website and click the Register link located below the Corporate login.

Step #2: On the next page you will find an online registration form.

Step #3: Fill this registration form completely.

Note: Please note that you will have to make a login ID and a User ID. Login ID will be the same for all users but their user ID will be different.

Step #4: After filling in the registration form enter the captcha code and click the Submit button.

Your registration process has been completed and now you will have to activate your Login ID online.

Activate IOB Corporate login ID:

Please follow the below steps to activate your Login ID.

1-Open the net banking official website and click the Corporate login.

2-On the next page you will see some links related to corporate banking on the right side.

3-You will have to click the Activate User ID link. A user ID activation form will appear on the next page (as shown below).

4-Now fill this activation form by entering Login ID, User ID, 15 digit account number, registered email id, and captcha code. After that click the Continue button.

5-On the next page complete the OTP verification process and your user id will be activated.

3-IOB NET Banking registration form

This form can be used by individuals/sole proprietorship firms who have registered online but have not generated the printout. You may download this registration form from the below link.

  • Ensure the login-id and other particulars are the same as given during online registration.
  • Submit the registration form in duplicate to the branch.
  • Activation of your registration will be intimated to your email-id.

2-IOB Net banking corporate login

Corporate users can use the below procedures to log in and access their corporate accounts online.

1-Open the IOB internet banking website and click the Corporate login link.

2- You will be redirected to a login page for corporate users (as shown below).

3-In this login form enter Login ID, User ID, Password, and choose starting screen.

4-After that enter the captcha code and click the Login link to enter into the system. You can now use any available online service.

How to add new user in IOB corporate banking?

There may be multiple users who can access the corporate internet banking service. Their Login ID will be the same but all users will have to make a different user id. Official administrators who made the corporate login ID can also add more users. The process to add a new user is given below. Please check.

Step 1: Open the online banking website. You will see an Add user link located below the Corporate login option.

Step 2: Click this Add user link to open a new user registration page.

Step 3: Now you will have to again the same registration process which we have already mentioned above for the corporate user registration. After the registration of a new user that user can also activate his user id by using the same steps as shared earlier in this article.

How to reset the password?

Now it is also possible that you can forget your internet banking password. In this case, a password reset facility is also provided by the Indian Overseas Bank through the official portal. You may reset your Personal or corporate banking user password easily. Please check both procedures listed below.

Personal banking password reset procedure:

To reset your personal net banking password please follow the below steps.

Step 1: Open the net banking portal and click the Personal login link.

Step 2: On the next screen, you will see some links on the right side. You will have to click the Forgot password link. A password reset page will appear on the screen (as shown below).

Step 3: Now enter your Login ID, 15 digit account number, email ID, and the given security code. After that click the Continue button.

Step 4: On the next page you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. After completing the OTP verification part you will have to create a new password. After creating a new password you can now log in on the portal.

Corporate banking password reset procedure:

Corporate users can reset their login passwords with the help of the below-given steps.

1-Open the net banking website and click the Corporate login link.

2-On the next page click the Forgot password link which is located at the right side of the page. A password reset form will appear on a new screen.

3-Now you will have to fill in your Login ID, User ID, Account number, email ID, and security code. After entering all details click the Continue button.

4-On the next page, you will have to enter the OTP which you will receive on your registered mobile number. After the OTP verification user can create a new password.

Download IOB Mobile banking app

Indian Overseas Bank has also developed mobile apps for internet banking purposes. All customers can download this app from the play store. There are two apps available.

  • IOB Mobile
  • IOB Bhim UPI

IOB Mobile app: All customers can download the IOB Mobile app and use the internet banking facility. Please check the below steps. It is advised to download the app from the official website only.

1-Open the IOB Bank official website https://www.iob.in/ on your smartphone.

2-On the homepage click the Mobile applications link available under the Digital banking menu item.

3-On the next page, you will see two apps. Now click the IOB Mobile app download link. A new Google play store listing page will appear on your mobile.

4-Now click the Install button to download this app on your smartphone. After downloading finished you can open the app and use your net banking user ID and password to log in.

5-After the first time log in you will have to make a passcode so that you can log in again by just entering your passcode.
