Open a new user registration page
You will see a login page. Now click the New user link to open the online registration form. On the next page, click the “I Agree” button located at the bottom to accept the Net Banking terms and conditions. The registration form will open in a new window.
Fill out the internet banking registration form
Now you will have to fill out this registration form by providing all the required details. Select any one option from the customer ID and Account number and enter that in the next field. After that enter your registered mobile number, Debit Card number, ATM PIN, and Debit Card expiry date. After filling in all details click the Submit button.
Complete step 2 of the registration process
After that, you will be taken to step 2 of the registration process. On this page, you will have to create a new user id. The user ID must be a unique id. You may check it by clicking the check availability link.
After that create your login and transaction password. transaction password must be different from the login password. After that select the security questions and write answers.
Finally, select any one user role from the Retail role, Fin role self, and Non-fin role. After filling in all details click the Submit button.
Complete the transaction initiation authorization
On the next screen, you will have to complete the transaction initiation authorization process. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP in the given space and click the Submit button.
If you don’t receive any OTP then you may click the Re-Generate OTP link.
After the OTP verification, The registration process will be completed and your user ID will be created.

After completing the registration process customers can log in and use internet banking online. The login process for KVB Corporate login and KVB Retail login is the same. Please check the below steps.
1-Open the official net banking website https://www.kvbin.com/. You will see a login form on the homepage.
2-Enter your user ID, password, and select login style from standard and advanced.
3-After that enter the given captcha code and click the Login button. You have successfully logged in and can use all available services now.
How to find your internet banking user-id if you forgot?
In case you forgot your User ID then there is an option to find that on the official website. Please follow the below steps.
1-Open the official website and click the Forgot user id link located below the login screen.
2-On the next screen you will see some instructions to retrieve your user id.
- You may send an SMS KVBIUSER xxxx to 56161 or to 9244770000. Replace xxxx with your customer ID. You will receive your user id through an SMS.
- You can also send an email to [email protected]
If you forgot your password then the same can be retrieved online with the help of the below steps.
1-Open the net banking website and click the Forgot password link located below the login form.
2-You will see a password reset screen in a new window.
3-Now enter your net banking Login ID and select any one password reset option. You can choose any one option from the below listed.

- Aadhaar number
- Debit card
4-After that if you choose the security question then you will have to type the answer to that question that you created while registering online. If you choose the Debit card or Aadhaar card option then type that on the next screen and complete the OTP verification process.
5-After the verification, you will have to create a new password.

In case your User ID has been blocked or you have blocked it yourself and want to unblock it again, please check the below steps.

2-A new window will appear on the screen where you will have to type your user id.

Karur Vysya Bank has also developed some mobile applications to help their customers by providing mobile banking facilities in a more convenient and secure way. Users can download mobile apps and perform financial or non-financial transactions safely.
There are two mobile apps available.
- KVB DLite – For Financial transactions.
- KVB e-Book – For non-financial transactions.
How to download a mobile app?
You can download mobile apps from the official website by following the below steps.

- On the next page, you will see links to all mobile apps and their QR codes.
- You can click the app link and install it or you can scan the QR code to install the app on your smartphone.
Karur Vysya Bank is also offering fastag facilities to anyone. Anyone can purchase a fastag by paying a 100 Rs fee. After purchasing the Fastag customers can recharge it from any Karur Vysya Bank branch or from an agent.
