MP Bhulekh (WebGIS) is an online portal of Madhya Pradesh state which is responsible to maintain the land record and Bhu Naksha and provide land-related services such as digital copies of land records, and revenue court orders, online payment, etc.

This portal is specifically made for the Madhya Pradesh state so that all the department officials can update the land-related data online easily and at a faster pace. It further helps the common citizens to get all important information easily online.

Madhya Pradesh Bhu Abhilekh department is working from the Gwalior. Now with the launch of this portal, there is no need to visit the Tehsil office to check Khasra, Khatauni, and Land maps because everything is available online and this website is working perfectly on any smartphone also.

How to register on the MPBhulekh portal?

If you want to use any service then first you will have to register on the portal. The registration process is given below. Please have a look.

1-Open the official website. You will see a login page on the right side of the homepage (as shown below).

2-Now press the Register as a public user button available below this login form. A new registration form will appear in a new window (as shown below).

Note: If you are a department official then you can use the ‘Register as Internal user’ option.

3-Now you will have to fill this registration form by providing all required information such as login id, name, father’s name, address, email id, mobile number, etc.

4-After entering the mobile number click the Send OTP button and enter this top to verify your mobile number. After that, fill in the given security code and click the Register button. Your registration has been completed now.

Your password will be sent to your email id and mobile number.

Note: If you don’t receive your password then you can use the forgot password option to get a new password.

MP Bhulekh login process

Once you have successfully registered on the portal you can log in by using your login id and password. Please check the steps given below.

1- Open the official portal.

2- Enter your login id and password in the login form located on the right side.

3- In the department section choose public user and enter the security code and click the Submit button.

4- After the first time log in a password change page will appear on the screen (as shown below).

On this page, you can change your system-generated password and make your own password. After making a new password you can now log in with the new password and use all available services on the portal.

MP Bhulekh public user dashboard page

Once you logged in to the portal you will see your user dashboard page (as shown below).

On this public user dashboard page, you will find the following services available for you.

• Copy of land records
• MRR Abhilekh Pratilipi
• Copy of land records download
• Diversion Intimation
• Wallet recharge
• Profile view/update
• Password change
• Village map
• Revenue payment

1-Copy of land records: Khasra details can be found with the help of this option on the dashboard page. If you click the Copy of land records link then a new window will appear on the screen (as shown below)

Now select the application type from the below-given options

• अधिकार अभिलेख की प्रतिलिपि
• आदेश की प्रतिलिपि
• खसरा की प्रतिलिपि
• खातावार खसरा की प्रतिलिपि
• नक्शा की प्रतिलिपि
• बी-1 की प्रतिलिपि

After that select your district, tehsil, village and enter your Khasra number and click the view details button. All details will be available on the screen.

2-MRR Abhilekh Pratilipi:

To download the MRR land record first you will have to submit an application form. If you click on the MRR Abhilekh Pratilipi link in your dashboard then a new page will appear (as shown below).

First of all, you will have to apply for the Abhilekh pratilipi. In this form select District, Tehsil, Village, Abhilekh type, Khasra number, and page number. After that click the देखें button. A land record PDF file will be downloaded on your device.

3-Copy of land records download: If you click on this option on your user dashboard page then you will find a new page on the screen as shown below.

On this page, you can download a copy of the below types of land records.

• Khasra copy
• B-1 Record copy
• copy of the record of rights
• duplicate order
• copy of measles
• Account wise copy of Khasra
• copy of map

4-Diversion Intimation: If you click on this option through the dashboard page then a new window will appear on the screen (as shown below).

On this page, you can perform below tasks related to the diversion intimation below.

• नवीन व्यपवर्तन
• लंबित सूचना प्रपत्र

5-Wallet recharge:

6-Profile view/update: If you click the Profile option then all information related to your profile such as personal details, address, etc will be displayed on the computer screen. A user can edit and update this information if there is any incorrect data.

7-Password change: With this option, a user can change his password.

8-Village map:

Geo-rectified Khasra/Cadastral map is available through this option. Anyone can download the Khasra map of a village by paying the required fee online through the MPOnline payment gateway. If you click on its option then you will be redirected to the geoportal.mp.gov.in portal where you will have to register first to download a Khasra map. After the registration, you can download the Khasra map by paying the online fee.

9-Revenue payment: Through the Revenue payment option anyone can complete the online payment related to the revenue department. This payment can be done with the help of the wallet option also if you have recharged your wallet.

You will get three options on this page.

• New revenue payment
• Pending payment
• Old payment information

You can pay different types of taxes related to the land online by searching your land information.

How to view MP Bhu Naksha online?

Now it’s very easy to check the Bhu Naksha in Madhya Pradesh with the help of the Bhulekh portal. Please check the step-by-step procedure given below.

Step 1: Open the official website.

Step 2: Now you have to open the Bhulekh Naksha MP page. You can do this in two ways.

• Click the Search link in the top menu and on the next page click the Bhu Naksha link.
• Click the Land Parcel Map link available under the Land Records services of the Public

Once you click on any link, You will see a new popup (as shown below)

Step 3: Now click the Yes button under the ‘Do you want to view the village-wise parcel map’. A new window will appear on the screen (as shown below).

In this window, you will have to select your District, Tehsil, and Village. After selecting the village you will see a village map below this form.

On this page, you will see some land-related information on the left side as mentioned below.

• Land type thematic
  • Government land
  • Private land
  • Unlink land
  • Others
• Khasra details

Note: Unlink land is not integrated with the Bhulekh portal

Step 4: Now click the Khasra details option and enter the Khasra number and click the Submit button.

You will see information related to that Khasra number such as Landowner’s name and other details.

How to view Khasra Khatauni and a map of a land?

It’s very easy now to view the Khasra, Khatauni, and Map details with the help of this online portal. To check all details you may follow the below-given steps.

Step 1: Open the official website and click the Search link in the top menu.

Step 2: After that, click the MP Bhulekh (Khasra/ Khatauni/ Map) link on the next page. A new window will appear on the screen

Step 3: Now select all information such as district, tehsil, village, khasra number and enter Unique id, ULPIN, Landowner id. After that, click the search button.

You will see the landowner and Khasra details ( Khatauni) below this search page (as shown below).

If you click on the link below Khasra column then you will see a digitized copy of the Khasra.

Similarly, click the links below the Map and Case details to see an online map and court case details.

How to submit an online grievance?

All citizens in Madhya Pradesh can submit online grievances related to any help for their land. The process of submitting grievances is described below.

Step 1: Open the official website and click the Grievance link in the top menu. A new window will appear on the screen (as shown below).

On this grievance page, the user will get three options.

• Public – Anyone can send their grievance through this option.
• Registered user – If you are a registered user then use this option.
• Track your grievance – You can track the status of your grievance through this option.

To submit a grievance user must fill out the complete application form by providing all important required details such as.

• Name, Mobile Number, email id
• Address, Khasra number
• Upload the documents
• Type your complaint
• After that click the Send OTP button if you are not registered on the portal.

Your complaint will be submitted after the OTP verification. After the grievance submission, you can check the status through the third option.

How to view court case details?

Now anyone can view the details of the court cases in civil court online through this portal. The process is given below.

Step 1: Open the official portal and click the Search link on the top menu.

Step 2: On the next page, click the Civil court case link. A new court case search page will be shown in a new window.

Step 3: Now select your District, Tehsil, and Village and enter Khasra’s number and other details. After that click the See details button. You will see a list of all court cases on that Khasra number. You can find the below-mentioned details on this page.

• Case registration date
• next hearing date
• Judge order
• Petitioner
• CNR number, etc

How to find RCMS order details?

You can find the RCMS order (Court order copy) with the help of the below-mentioned process.

1-Open the official website and click the Search link in the top menu.

2-On the next page click the RCMS order link. A new page will appear on the screen (as shown below)

3-Now select district, court type, court, and case number.

4-After that enter the security code and click the search button. You will see the court order list below this search form. You can also download the court order PDF file.
