What is MP Online portal?
MP Online has been developed for the Government of Madhya Pradesh by Tata Consultancy Services. Through this portal, citizens of Madhya Pradesh are provided all the necessary services like recruitment information, reservation, counseling, university, bill payment, kiosk registration, citizen registration, grievance redressal, etc. online.
All citizens living in Madhya Pradesh can avail various facilities through this portal. Citizens have got a lot of facilities by getting all the services through online medium and citizens can take advantage of various services sitting on their smartphones from their smartphones.
Mp Online registration Citizen Registration
It is mandatory for citizens to register online to avail of any service. The information related to online registration is given below.
Step 1. First of all, open the portal by clicking on the MP Online link.
Step 2. After opening the official website, the option for Kiosk / Citizen will appear in the menu given at the top. Under this option, click on the registration link for the citizen. A registration form will open in front of you.
Step 3. Now enter a new User ID, Password, Email ID, and Mobile Number in this registration form.
Step 4. Now enter the verification code and click on Create Account button. Now your account has been created and you can log in to take advantage of all the services.
MP Online login
If you have successfully registered then you can log in through the official website. The complete login process is given below.
1- First of all open the official website. Here you will see a login link at the top right.
2- Click on the login link. A login form will appear in front of you.
3- In this login form, select any one of the 4 user options given below

4- After that enter your User ID, Password, and Security Code and click on submit button.

Citizens get many services through MP Online Limited Portal. Different services related to different departments are available here and citizens can access all the services through online mediums. Through the Apna CSC option, citizens can get all the information related to Common Service Center. Our CSC services are not available right now due to some technical reasons.

Apply online for the Kiosk center
If you want, you can apply online for the kiosk and contribute to the work of providing all the necessary facilities to the common citizens through the MP Online Portal. Online application for Kiosk can be done through MP Online Limited website whose procedure is given below.
Eligibility For Kiosk: Before Apply Online Must Check Eligibility List Given Below.
- The applicant should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh and his age should be 18 years or more.
- The applicant should be at least a high school pass and should have experience in operating a computer.
- The applicant should have the necessary documents such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, and shop registration card.
- That registration fee will also have to be paid for its application. ₹ 3000 for urban areas and ₹ 1000 for rural areas will be charged and this fee will have to be paid after applying online.
- Apart from this, the applicant will have to sign a kiosk agreement with MP Online on a stamp of ₹ 500. After the completion of the application, the applicant will get the Kiosk ID and Password on his email ID and mobile number.
Process of Kiosk Application:
1- First of all open the official website.
2- Click on the Kiosk Application Application link at the top of the official website or click on the Kiosk Application link under New Citizen Services on the website.
3- After this, get all the necessary information and keep clicking on the Next button.
4- All a kiosk online forms will appear on the screen in front of you
5- Fill out all the information carefully in the kiosk application form and after reading all the information click on the submit button. After successful submission of the application form, you will get an application number. Write this application number somewhere.
Payment of Kiosk Registration Fee:
Fee can be paid through online mode after filling out the application form. For this, click on the payment option of the Kiosk Registration Fee given under the option for Citizen / Kiosk in the menu. After clicking on this option a new page will appear on the screen in front of you.
Here you have to search for your application by entering your application number. You can also check the status of your application by clicking on the Get Status button. If the application status is successful then you can pay the fee online.
Print your application:
If you want, you can also take a printout of your application form. For this, through the menu of the website, select the option ” Print Application” given under Citizen Services. After this, a new page will open as shown below.
Here enter your application number and click on submit button. After this, your application form will open and you can take a printout of it.
Check Payment Status:
If you have paid any fee online then you can check its status. For this, click on the Payment Status option under the Citizen Kiosk Services option given in the top menu of the website. After this, a new fee tracking page will open.
Now enter your transaction ID in this phone and click on the search button, you will see the status of your transaction on the screen.
An online portal services fee
Citizens will also have to pay a service fee to avail of various types of services through MP Online Portal. If you want to know which service will have to pay such a service fee, then you can find out through the process given below.
1- First of all open the official portal and select the services portal fee option under Citizen / Kiosk option.
2- After selecting this option a new search form will open as shown below.
3- Here you have to search the services through the options given on the left side.
4- After this, by clicking on the Get Application Fee Details link, the details of all types of fees related to that service will come on the right side.
How to send your feedback?
If you want to give your feedback related to any service provided through MP Online Portal, then you can give it through the portal. Your feedback will help the MP Online Portal to easily reach the essential services to the common citizens. For this, you can see the process given below.
1- First of all open the official portal and click on Send Feedback link under Citizen / Kiosk option. A feedback form will appear on the screen in front of you.
2- In this feedback form, citizens have to select their name, mobile number, service name, and email id. Apart from this, you can also enter which service you want to see on the MP Online Portal. After this, you can write your feedback under the suggestion option and click on submit button. Your response has been successfully recorded.

A proper grievance system has been arranged on MP Online Portal through which common citizens can register their grievances and your grievances will be redressed at the earliest by the concerned department. A separate helpdesk.mponline.gov.in portal has been created for the grievance system which is connected with MP Online Limited. If you open this portal then you will get three options given below
Create new login:
First of all, a new login has to be created by clicking on Create New Login option. After clicking on this option a new online form will open.
In this login form, you can log in through your mobile number and OTP verification and create a new user id and password.
File a complaint:
After this, you can register your complaint by selecting the option Register Complaint. A new complaint form will open in front of you.
Submit all the necessary information and submit your complaint in this complaint form.
View complaint status:
You can use this option to check the status of the complaint lodged by you. After selecting this option a login form will open where you will have to log in by entering your User ID and Password. After this, you will see the information of the complaint sent by you and you can also know the status of the complaint.
