Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Pariwar Aarthik Sahayata Yojana has been launched for the people of Delhi. As per the scheme government will provide financial assistance for the death of the main earner of a family due to covid-19 coronavirus.
Due to the second way of the covid-19 coronavirus, a lot of people died due to the lack of oxygen. Many families have lost their primary earner and are not able to manage their monthly finances. The Delhi government has launched the covid-19 Parivar Aarthik Sahayata Yojana to help the affected families and the orphans who have lost their parents.
Affected people will get the financial benefit in two forms.
- One time Ex-Gratia payment of Rs 50000.
- Monthly payment of Rs 2500.
This scheme is applicable only to Delhi.
Rupees 50000 one-time payment will be given to all people who were infected by the covid-19 coronavirus and later lost their lives. Whether the person was a bread earner or not the government will give 50000 rupees for each death to all families in Delhi if the person died after being infected with the coronavirus. 10 rupees 50000 financial assistants will be given by the Revenue Department.
Rupee 2500 will be given for a lifetime to the dependent family member if this breed earner has died. Rupee 2500 monthly payment will be given by the Department of Social Welfare Delhi.

A-Monthly financial assistance of Rs 2500:

- Proof of age of the dependent children

How to apply for Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Pariwar Aarthik Sahayata Yojana?
All affected people whose family member has died can apply online from the official website or they can also apply through the offline application process running by the concerned DMs.
A-Offline application process:
The offline application process will be completed by a team managed by the divisional SDM. The health department will share the covid death data with the social welfare department of Delhi. Department of social welfare will share this data with the Divisional SDM. After getting the covid death data 100 member team will visit the home of each family to fill the application form. At the time of filling the application form, the team will verify the documents and complete the application form.
After verifying all the data the team will submit the application details with the SDM. After that SDM will submit all details to the social welfare department. The social welfare department will process the request to the financial division. All application processes will be completed within 15 days and applicants will be informed if the application has been rejected or approved.
B-Online application process:
A detailed online application process is given below.
Step 1: Open the official website
All Delhi citizens can apply for the Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Pariwar Aarthik Sahayata Yojana through the E district Delhi Portal. For this, you will have to open the official website in your browser. To open the Delhi E district website click edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in Link. After clicking this link the official website will open and you will see the homepage including a lot of services for the citizens.
Step 2: Register yourself on the portal
Now after opening the official website you will have to register yourself on the portal. If you have already registered then you can skip this step.
1-On the homepage, you will see Registration at e-District Delhi Option under the citizen’s corner. Now click the new user link for new registration.
2- after clicking the new user link, a new registration form will appear on the screen (as shown below).

3- now in this citizen registration form select your Aadhaar Card or Voter ID card and enter the document number in the next box. If you select your Aadhar card then your registration data will be linked to your Aadhaar and you can easily verify your registration.
4- After that select the check box. Continue button will appear now. Click this Continue button to fill the registration form.
5- Now you will see a registration form (as shown below).

6- Fill this registration form by providing all information. Finally after filling in all information fill the captcha code and click the Continue to register button located at the end of this registration form.
Note: Please enter a valid and working mobile number and email id in the registration form.
7- After that, you will see a new page (as shown below).

8- Now enter the access code and password. You will receive your access code and password through an SMS.
9- After entering the access code and password click the complete registration button. Your registration is completed now and you will receive a user ID and password on the new screen.
Step 3: Login on the portal
After registering on the portal you can now log in. The login process is given below please have a look.
1- open the official website and click the registered user login under the citizen’s corner.
2- A new login page will appear on the screen (as shown below).

3- in this login form Enter the user id, password, and the given captcha code.
4- after that click the login button. You have successfully logged in to the Edistrict Delhi Portal.
Step 4: Apply for the Monthly financial assistance scheme
After logging in you can now apply for the available services. Now click the apply online button and apply for services link. Now click the “Mukhyamantri COVID-19 Pariwar Aarthik Sahayata Yojna-Monthly financial assistance to the family of the deceased” link to apply for the scheme.
Step 5: Apply for the One time Ex-gratia payment
Similarly, you can apply for the one-time Ex gratia payment scheme. Login on the portal by using your user id and password and apply for the “Mukhyamantri COVID-19 Pariwar Aarthik Sahayata Yojna-One time Ex-gratia payment” scheme through the apply for services menu.
