Objective and Benefits
The main objective of Saksham Yuva Yojana is to provide new employment opportunities to the unemployed youth of Haryana and help in their skill development. Till now, Saksham Yuva Yojana has contributed a lot in achieving its objective by providing job opportunities to thousands of unemployed youth in private companies instead of the government.
After registering through the scheme, the unemployed educated youth of Haryana are also given a monthly unemployment allowance (Saksham yojana salary) for the next 3 years, the details of which are given below.

Details of Honorarium Allowance:
Apart from unemployment allowance, 12th graduate and post-graduate educated youth will also get ₹6000 honorarium allowance after working 100 hours every month in government departments. This honorarium allowance will be given by the Haryana Employment Department.
If educated unemployed youth work in private companies for 100 hours every month, then they will be given both unemployment allowance and honorarium allowance by the private company itself. In this situation, the Haryana Employment Department will not give any allowance.
If the youth gets permanent selection in a company in the job fairs and he gets a salary of at least ₹ 15000, then he will not get the benefit of unemployment allowance and salary allowance. If someone’s salary is less than ₹ 15,000, then he will continue to get the benefit of unemployment allowance and honorarium allowance.

How to register and apply online?

Check Your Eligibility Criteria
First of all, you have to find out whether you have proper eligibility to take advantage of Saksham Yuva Yojana or not.
1- The benefit of this scheme can be availed by only youth who have passed class 12th, graduate, and post-graduate. Earlier this scheme was also open for tenth pass youths but now only 12th pass or above-educated youth will be able to apply. Now the tenth pass youth will not be able to register for the scheme, but the already registered tenth pass youth will continue to get proper unemployment allowance.
2- In this scheme, only residents of Haryana can register, and for registration, it is necessary to be a domicile of Haryana. You must have a school certificate or a birth certificate.
In this scheme, only youth from 21 years to 35 years of age can register and it is also mandatory for the applicant to have an Aadhar card.3- If you used to do any government job earlier or are now doing any private job or if your family’s annual income is more than ₹ 300000 then you are not eligible for this scheme.
4- The applicant’s family should not be a defaulter of any cooperative bank. The applicant’s family should not be a defaulter of house tax payable to the Urban Local Body.
To register on the Saksham Yuva Portal, one has to register with the Employment Registration no. Applicants must get an employment registration number first. For that, you have to register on the website of the Haryana Employment Department https://hrex.gov.in/ and get your registration number.
After getting the Employment Registration Number, you can register on the Saksham Yuva Portal. -
Register in Haryana Employment Department
To register in Haryana Employment Department, go to the hrex.gov.in website. Here at the top right, click on the Register button under the Account option and select the Job-Seeker option. After that verify your mobile number through OTP.Â
After the mobile number is verified, complete the further registration process. In the process of further registration, you will have to enter your first name, last name, mobile number, email id, and password. After that enter the captcha code and click on the Sign-Up button.
After the registration process is complete, you will get an employment registration number. Note down this registration number somewhere.

Open Saksham Yuva Registration Form
After getting the employment registration number, now you can start your registration on the Saksham Yuva Portal. For this, you have to go to the registration page. For this, first, open the official website and click on the Login / Sign In the link given in the website menu.Â
After that, the login page will open. You have to click on the Signup / Register link given at the bottom of this login page. After clicking on this link you will be asked whether you are a resident of Haryana or not. You have to select Yes and enter your date of birth in the given space.Â
Please note that you will be able to complete the registration process only if you are above 21 years of age and less than 35 years of age. After that, the registration form will open.

Fill out the registration form
Now you have to fill out this registration form. Now fill in your Aadhar Number and Employment Registration Number and select the employment exchange in which you have registered. After this select the next renewal date of the employment registration number. After that enter your mobile number and email id and click on Submit & Next button.

Verify OTP
After clicking on the submit and next button, a separate OTP will be sent to both your mobile number and email id.Â

Submit Registration Form
After this, you have to fill in all the information asked in the registration form.Â
You can also choose 5 districts according to your wish to do the honorary assignment, where you will get a chance to work.
Saksham Yuva Login 2021
If you have successfully registered on the Saksham Haryana Portal, then now you can log in and get the necessary information. The complete login process is given below.
Step 1: First of all go to the official portal. The main page of the official portal will open in front of you. Here you have to click on the Login / Sign In the link which is available in the menu. There are many types of options written below under login.

Saksham yojana checks status
If you want to know whether your application has been rejected or approved, then for this you have to use the status check option. You can check your application status through the official portal. Please note that the complete process is given below.
1- First of all go to the official website.
2- On the official website, you will find a link named Applicant detail in the menu. Click on this link.
3- After clicking on the applicant detail link a check status form will open (as shown below).
4- Now you have to enter your district on this page. Choice, Educational Qualification, and Gender have to be selected.
5- After that click on the search button. You will get a list of all the candidates who have applied for the scheme (as shown below)
6- You can check the status of your application in the last column in this list.
Saksham Yuva Helpline Number
Helpline numbers of different departments are available on the official portal through which you can get the necessary help. For this, you have to open the official website and click on the Contact us link. After this, a list of officers working in different offices of different departments will appear on your screen. The email id and mobile numbers of the officers are recorded in this list.
Haryana government has also launched the Saksham Yuva 2 scheme for skill training of youth.
