SAS or School Administrative System Gujarat is an online web portal developed by the Gujarat government to manage the administrative work related to the school education department.
It’s a part of the SSA (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) Gujarat Council of Secondary Education. SAS Gujarat portal was made to make different types of information and important data available online so that administrative work can be done easily and at a faster pace.

SAS Gujarat Login process
All employees, Teachers, and School admin can log in on the portal and complete their important work. Login facility is available on the official website. Please check the below-given steps for more details.
Step 1: First of all open the official website sasgujarat.in. On the home page, you will get three options to log in.
Step 2: Select the DPE option. The page will move down automatically.
Step 3: Now you will have to select your District from the given options. There will be a different login for different Districts so choose your District from the given list.
Step 4: After that, a new login form will appear on the screen (as shown below).
Step 5: On this form, you will get seven types of user login options such as
- Pay Center
Select any one option as per your requirement. For example, If you are a Teacher then select the Teacher login option, or if You want to login as a school admin then select the School option.
Step 6: After selecting the correct login option enter your user id, password and click the Sign me in button. You have successfully logged in to the portal and can start using all available services.
How to get new Teacher passwords?
If you have forgotten his password then you can retrieve your password through the forgot password facility available on the portal. To recover the password please check the below-given steps.
Step 1: Open the official website and select your District. You will see a login form on a new page.
Step 2: Now click the Getting a Teacher password option available below the login form. A new window will appear on the screen (as shown below).
Step 3: Now enter your mobile number, date of birth, date of entry into your account, and Aadhaar number. After that click the To send button. On the next page, you will see instructions to change and make a new password.
You can also ask for help or share your suggestions related to any error on the portal through the Help page available on the portal. Please check the below process for the same.
Step 1: Open the official web portal and select your district from the given list.
Step 2: You will see a login form on a new page. Now click the SAS Help link. A new window will appear on the screen (as shown below).
Step 3: Now in this Help form enter the below-given information.
