What is HRMS SBI?
SBI online HRMS is a human resource management system developed by the State Bank of India for easy and effective personal management of permanent employees of SBI Bank in India through which various services such as leave application, payslip download, pension services, IDF declaration, etc. can be accessed online.
Employees can access this portal through an online web portal or mobile app. Employees can use this Human Resource Management System to access various services online such as leave applications, Salary slip downloads, pension services, etc.
The main advantage of this online portal and app is that the employees can use it anywhere anytime. It helps employees to save their valuable time keeping the focus on improving productivity while providing the best services.
Most of the state governments have implemented Manav Sampada ehrms application to manage their employees but the state bank of India is still working on its own OnlineSBIHRMS solution. This portal is made on the SAPUI5 application framework developed by SAP.
Human Resource Management is the first and primary requirement of any organization which directly links to every department and its functions. As digitization is going on in every sector, the State Bank of India which is the largest public-sector bank in India was also looking for a dedicated online HRMS solution.
Finally, SBI developed a proper, effective Human Resource Management System for their Personnel Management. Now, this portal provides all-important services which are required from a complete HRMS system.

How can I login to SBI HRMS new portal?
All employees can use the various employee-specific services provided by the bank after login on to the portal. The login process is very simple and straightforward. Please check the steps given below.
Step 1: First of all, open the official web portal. Alternatively, click the https://hrms.onlinesbi.com/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html link to visit the HRMS home page. There is a yellow color login link available at the top right side of the home page
Step 2: Click on this login link. A new window will appear on the screen including an online SBI HRMS Login page (as shown below).
Step 3: In the login form enter your login credentials such as User Id, Password, and captcha code.
Step 4: After filling in the all information click on the login button.
After the successful login, you will be redirected to an employee dashboard page.
How to reset your SBI HRMS password?
If you forgot your password then the password reset facility is also available on the portal. you can recover your password by following the below-given simple steps.
Step 1: Open the official website
Step 2: On the homepage click on the Login link given on the top right side.
Step 3: A login page will appear on the screen. Now click on the “Forgot password” link just below the login form. You will be redirected to a new password recovery page (as shown below).
Step 4: On this forget password page, Fill in your User Id, Date of Birth. Now select any one option from Mobile and Email to receive an OTP
Step 5: A Generate OTP link will appear, click on this link to receive the OTP on your Mobile or Email Id. An “OTP sent to Mobile No/ Email Id successful” message will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Now click on the OK button, An OTP verification page will appear on the screen.
Step 7: On this page, enter your OTP and click on the Submit button to log in. If you don’t receive any OTP then click on the Resend OTP button.
NOTE: Only those employees and pensioners who have registered their Email Id and Mobile No can use this password reset facility. If your Email Id and Password is not registered then contact your circle HRMS team through email

Onlinesbi HRMS Employee dashboard
Once you have successfully logged in to the HRMS portal you will see an SBI HRMS employee dashboard page (as shown below).
You will find three sections there.
Earnings/ Salary: In this section, you can download your Form 16 A
PF/ Pension/ Gratuity: In this section, you will find IDF/ Form 12BB and Pension related services sub-section
My Home: In the My home section you can customize it according to your convenience.
How to download the MyHRMS SBI mobile app?
SBI has also released a mobile app for the employees to access all available services. It’s a great step by the state bank of India to make the HRMS portal easily accessible where all employees can use the MyHRMS app anywhere, anytime through their smartphone.
Please ensure that you are downloading the latest version of the app which is MyHRMS 4.1.0.
My HRMS SBI App download steps:
Step #1: Open the Google Play Store app on your mobile.
Step #2: Search myhrms sbi in the search box.
Step #3: Now click on the MyHRMS link which is the first result after the search.
Step #4: Now click on the Install button on the app page in the Google play store. The app will be installed on your smartphone.
MyHRMS app features:
After the installation, you can open the app. You will see a login page (as shown below).
Enter your login credentials in the app login form and click on the login button. After the login, you will find your employee dashboard page (as shown below).
On the MyHRMS SBI app dashboard, you will see below the given services available for the SBI employees.

How to download employee / Pensioner Salary slip online?
All SBI employees and Pension holders can download their salary and pension slips from the official portal and mobile. Please check the process given below.
Step #1: The first step is to open the official web portal https://hrms.onlinesbi.com/
Step #2: Now login on the portal by using the user id and password
Step #3: After the login click on the Pension-related services under PF/ Pension/ Gratuity section. A new page will appear on the screen
Step #4: Select the Pension/ Salary slip option from the left side links. You will see salary/ Pension slip links for all months on the right side (as shown above). You can also change the financial year from the top right link.
Step #5: Click on any month link to download the salary slip for that particular month. Your salary slip will be displayed on the computer screen (as shown below).
On this page you can check the below details in your salary slip:
- Name and address of the employee
- PF Index no
- PAN number
- Payee bank branch
- Account number
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- Email id
- Earning and deductions, etc
You can also download this salary slip on your computer or mobile.
How to apply for leave?
Leave application process has been made online now after the implementation of the SBI online HRMS portal and app.
All employees can apply for leave by following the below-given simple steps. We are sharing the leave application process from the mobile app.
Step#1: Open the MyHRMS SBI app on your mobile and log in with your user id and password.
Step#2: After logging in you will see your dashboard.
Step#3: On the employee’s dashboard click on the Leave link. You will find below-mentioned leave-related services.
- Leave Request
- Leave Approval
- My Leave Balance
- Holiday List
- LFC/HTC Approval
Step#4: Click on the Leave Request link for a new application. You will see a leave application form.
Complete the leave application process by filling in the below-given details.
- Type of leave
- Start date
- End date
- Reason for leave
Finally, click on the submit button to send your leave request to the concerned officer.
Leave Approval: After the leave application submission reporting officer will receive the leave request in his employee dashboard in the HRMS app or portal. Reporting officer will approve or reject the leave.
My Leave Balance: In the leave menu options page there is a My Leave Balance link. You can check how many leave you can take in the future through this link.
How to submit IDF (Investment Declaration Form)?
SBI HRMS pensioner’s self-service investment declaration form can be submitted through the Employee Self Service section after the login. Please check the below-given steps.
Step #1: Open the official web portal or app and log in by using your user id and password.
Step #2: After the login, the employee can see the “Employee self-service” section on the HRMS dashboard. Click on this section. A new window will appear on the screen.
Step #3: Now click the IDF/ Form 12BB link. IDF form will appear on the screen.
Step #4: Now click the edit button to enter your investment information. You can see four sections in the Investment Declaration Form.
- Investment: Section 80C/ 80CC
- Other Permissible Ded.
- Computation of loss from house property
- Loan perk values
Step #5: Enter the required details for the tax benefits. You will have to click the Calculate and Submit button for all four sections. After all the submissions you will see a record updated successfully message on the screen.
How to download Pension Slip and form 16 from SBIYono App
Pensioners can also use the SBI Yono app to download their pension slips and Form 16. For that, you must know your PPP number. Please check the below steps.
Steps to download Pension Slip:
1- Open the SBI Yono app and click the three-line on the top left side. After that, you will see all available services (as shown below).
2- Now click the Service Request link. After that, you will see a list of services you can avail of through the Yono App.
3- Now click the Pension link. A new window will appear on the screen including Pension service-related links (as shown below).
4- On this page, you will get three options.
- Pension Slip – To download your Pension slip.
- Payment Information – To check the payment related information.
- Form 16 (PartB) – To download Form 16 for filing ITR.
5- Now click the Pension Slip link. A new pension slip download page will appear on the mobile screen.
6- On this page, Select your account in which you are getting a monthly pension and select the PPO number. After that select Year and Month. You will see a new link to download Pension Slip.
7- You can download your pension slip to your device by clicking this link.
Note: This pension slip is password protected and you will have to enter a password in Birthdate + First three letters of your Birth month (first letter capital) + special character + last four digits of registered mobile number. For example, if the date of birth is 12 July 1989, The special character is $, and the last four digits of the mobile number are 9898 then the password will be 12Jul$9898. You can check more details after clicking the icon next to password protected.
Steps to download Form 16:
1- Click the Form 16 link on the Pension page in the Yono app. You will see a Form 16 download page on the next screen.
2- Select your account, PPO number, and Financial year. You will see a link to download Form 16 income certificate.
3- Click the download link to download your Form 16.
Sbi Online Pension slip download instructions
You can also download your Pension Slip from the SBI Online portal. Please check the below-given instructions about how to download the Pension slip from the SBI online portal.
Step 1. Open the onlinesbi.com portal.
Step 2. Log in with your user id and password.
Step 3. After the login click the e-Services link in the top menu. You will see all available services the Online SBI portal offers.
Step 4. Now click the Pension Slip link. You will see a new pension slip download page.
Step 5. Now select your pension account, Year, and Month. After that click the Submit button.
Step 6. On the next page click the PPO number link. Your Pension Slip will be displayed on the screen. You can also download this on your device.
Reimbursement/ Claim through the HRMS portal
After the login employees can view, apply and approve the different types of reimbursement as mentioned below. You will find this under the Claim/ Reimbursements section on your dashboard.

Note: Please ensure to apply for reimbursement before 12th March.
How to upload a life certificate in the HRMS portal?
Employees can upload the life certificate online. Please check the below steps.
1-Navigate to Employee Benefit -> Pension, PF & Gratuity -> Pension Processing -> Apply Life Certificate.
2-Select appropriate option from Pensioner or Family Pensioner
3-Select pensioner type and submit the request.
4-After sending the request a BM/4IN1 Approver can approve the Life Certificate by navigating to Manager Approvals -> Pension, PF & Gratuity -> Pension Processing -> Approve Life Certificate. After that Life Certificate of the Pensioner/ Family Pensioners will be updated in the HRMS portal.
Submit life certificate through video call facility:
Now staff members can submit a video life certificate through the MyHRMS app. Staff pensioners must have a photo verified in their profile for this process. If you have not uploaded a photo then please upload a photo first and verify it through the branch.
Staff Pensioners Video Life Certificate Submission steps:
- Open MyHRMS app and login.
- Find the Life certificate option and click on it.
- Select the offline submission option and again select Record a video.
- Read the instructions and answer the questions available on the screen.
- Finally, Close and submit Video recording
You will see a confirmation message on the screen. Now it will be verified by the bank officials and you will get an email and text SMS once it has been verified. If it is not verified due to any issue such as poor video quality or incorrect answers you may get a call or you will receive further instructions through email, SMS.
sbi hrms holiday home booking process?
State Bank of India provides Holiday Home/ Guest House booking service in more than 70 locations across India. Currently, Holiday Home online booking facility is available for the Mumbai circle only and booking can be done through the HRMS portal. For other circles, an offline application must be submitted to the concerned Secretary, Circle Welfare Committee through the President /Secretary of your Local Implementation Committee.

How can I change my HRMS photo?
The process to upload photos in the HRMS portal.
1-Login on to the SBI HRMS portal or app.
2- Now click on the Pension-related services link.
3- On the salary/ pension page, click on apply/ upload pensioner photo. Pensioner details will appear on the right side.
4- Now you can upload a new photo by clicking the yellow color Browse link. Select the photo from your device and click on the upload button.
Note: Photo must be recently captured. Please ensure that the photo size must be less than 50kb and it must be a jpeg file format.
How can I login to HRMS portal?
All employees can log in by using their user id and password. Please visit the official website to log in.
Can I download my salary slip?
Yes, Anyone can download his/her salary slip from the HRMS portal or app. You must be a registered member to do that.
Can I apply for leave?
Yes, All registered employees can apply for a leave through the HRMS portal or app. You must have a valid user id and password.
What is the SBI HRMS default password?
If you are login the first time on the portal then you will have to use the default password. The default password will be a combination of the first four letters of your PAN number, @, and date of birth in DDMM format. The first digit of the PAN number will be in capital letters and the next three-digit will be in small letters.
For example, if your PAN number is AAMFT3245E and your date of birth is 12/10/1990 then your password will be [email protected]
After the first time log in you can change your password.
Who can use the State Bank of India HRMS portal?
SBI portal has been made to help their employees and staff through a digitized medium. Only SBI permanent, retired employees, and other office staff can use this portal.
What if I forgot my user ID?
If you forgot your user id then you will have to contact your IT department or DDO for the login information.
On which framework was the HRMS SBI portal built?
The SBI portal has been developed using the SAP UI5 development framework including the SAP Fiori design principles used to build a UI5 application. SAP UI5 is generally used for front-end application development.
