SSC stenographer online application form 2020

The SSC Stenographer online application form filling process has been completed. Official stenographer notification was issued by the staff selection commission on the 10th of October 2020. The last date to submit the online application was 4th November 2020.

  • Information related to the 10th (Matriculation) exam
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)

SSC stenographer online application form can be submitted through a two-step process given below.

1-One-time Registration on the SSC website

To apply for the SSC Stenographer exam first of all candidates will have to register themselves on the official Staff Selection Commission website. It’s a mandatory step for all the positions available through the staff selection commission. Candidates will have to make an account on the SSC website and they can apply for multiple positions.

The registration process on the SSC website: The registration process on the SSC website is very easy and can be completed with the help of the below-mentioned information.

Step 1: Open the official SSC website. A login form is located on the right side of the homepage of the official website (as shown below).

Step 2: There is a register now link available just below the login form. Click this register now link to open the registration form.

After that, you will see a registration form consisting of three parts as mentioned below.

  • Basic details
  • Additional and contact details
  • Photo and signature details

Provide all required information for all three steps and click the Save button available at the end of each section.

Note: All information such as the candidate’s name, Father’s name must be the same as mentioned in the matriculation certificate or mark sheet

Step 3: Basic details – In the basic details section, you can choose the Aadhaar card if available or you will have to provide details of any other ID proof from the below list.

  • Driving license
  • Pan Card
  • Passport
  • School ID
  • Voter ID card
  • Employer ID

Fill in all other required information and click the Save button.

After that, you will see your registration number displayed on the computer screen. Please note down this registration number for future reference. After completion of this step, you will receive your system-generated password on your mobile number and email id.

Now you will have to log in again by using your user id and password. Your registration number will be your user ID. After the first time log in you will have to change this system-generated password and make a new strong password that you can remember easily.

Step 4: Additional and contact details – In this section, you must provide your current and permanent address details and finally submit this registration form.

Your first part has been completed now and you can proceed to the second part which is the online form filling for any exam.

2- SSC Stenographer online form submission process

Step 1: Now again open the official SSC website and click the apply button located in the top menu.

Step 2: After that, you will see a list of all SSC exams. Now click on the SSC Steno grade c and d and click the apply online link. The link will be available within the specified date for the online form filling so we advise you to complete the online form filling process before the last date.

Step 3: Now you can fill in other required details as mentioned below.

  • Select your skill test medium as Hindi or English
  • Give D preference for examination center
  • Select the post you want to apply for
  • Provide your educational qualification details

Step 4: Photo and signature details – In this section candidates will have to upload an image of the Photo and Signature online. The photo must be a recent color passport size.
