Latest update:
- 10 November 2021: NTA has released the subject wise exam date sheet for the December 2020 and June 2021 session. Please download the schedule PDF file from the link given in this article.
- 22 October 2021: The National Testing Agency has again revised its exam schedule. UGC NET exam will now be held on 20,21,22,24,25,26,29,30 November 01,03,04,05 December 2021.
- 1st October 2021: NTA has once again rescheduled the UGC NET exam. Now the exam will be conducted from 19th October to 25th October 2021.
- 03 September 2021: NTA has rescheduled the NET exam due to the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary examination which is also scheduled to be conducted on 10th October 2011. Now the UGC NET exam will be conducted in two batches from 6 to 8 October and 17 to 19 October 2021.
- 10th August 2021: Finally, NTA has started the online application process for the UGC NET 2021 June cycle from 10th August 2021. Candidates can check all important dates on this page and apply online.

NTA UGC NET exam date 2021
NTA has released the JUNE 2021 information brochure on the official website today (2nd February 2021). The online application process has also started. Candidates can check the all-important details related to the exam date 2021 on this page.
All important information about the NTA UGC NET 2021 exam including the exam date June 2021 has been made available by the NTA on 2nd Feb 2021.

UGC NET exam date June 2021 is given below:

Shift timings:
- As per the official notification released on 02nd February 2021, the NET exam will be conducted in two shifts, 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Candidates will have to complete the test in a total of 3 hours time.
- Candidates must reach the examination center at least 1 hour to complete the registration formalities.
- Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 8:30 AM in the first shift and after 02:30 PM in the second shift.

Last year, NET Exam has been delayed due to the Covid-19 epidemic along with other examinations. Earlier it was scheduled to be conducted from 17th September and candidates were waiting for their Admit Card. Now National Testing has again announced the revised dates on their official web portal. June 2020 Exam was conducted from 24th September 2020.
Update (20 April 2021): Due to the Covid-19 coronavirus second wave NTA has again postponed the UGC NET exam which was scheduled for 2 to 17 May 2021. NTA did not declare new dates but new exam dates will be made available at least 15 days before the exam. We will update you about the new dates as soon as they are available.
Update (3rd March 2021): National Testing Agency has revised the last date to submit the NET online applications. Now the last date to submit the UGC NET exam form is 9th March and the last date for the online fee payment is 10th March. For more details please check the below-notice.
Update (19th September 2020): As per the latest news by NTA on 19th September, NTA has issued the NET exam Date Sheet. along with the subject-wise exam date and shift timing. The UGC NET exam will be conducted on 24, 25, 29, 30 September, 1, 7, 9, 17, 21, 22, 23 October, and 5th November 2020.
Update (14th September 2020): National Testing Agency once again postponed the NET exam due to a clash of the other ICAR exam such as AIEEA and AICE-JRF/SRF. Now NTA will start the NET exam process from 24th September 2020 as stated in the below-given notice.
Update (20th August 2020): National Testing Agency has shared the revised schedule of all the examinations conducted by the NTA As per the notice, the UGC NET exam is going to be conducted from 16th September 2020. Check the below notice.
National Testing Agency has already released the official notification for June 2020 Exam. All important exam date 2020 like the Application date, Exam Date, etc have also been released by NTA.
