i- Apply through Mail invitation:

All customers who receive a Mail invitation through the Capital Card services can apply for this credit card. There must be a reservation number and access code in the Mail.

Visit the official website and click the Accept Mail Offer link. On the next page, you will see an online form that you have to complete in four steps.

• Enter Reservation Number – Enter the reservation number and access code you received in the Mail.
• Verify Mailing Address – Verify your Mailing address and proceed to the next step.
• Complete The Acceptance Form – Fill out the acceptance form completely and verify all information.
• Accept Offer – Finally, accept the offer.

Your application will be further reviewed and you will get your credit card after the approval.

ii- Apply through the online application form:
