How can I Pay My Carter’s credit card Bill

Carter’s credit card is issued by Comenity Capital Bank. Comenity Bank provides different types of bill payment facilities to Carter’s credit card customers.

It helps customers to choose any one payment method that they found more suitable for them. Currently, customers can choose anyone payment method from the below-given options.

i-Pay Carters Credit Card Online:

All carters customers can pay their credit card bills online which is a very convenient and secure method. Customers can use the online bill payment facility 24/7 by visiting the official Comenity web page.

You can make online payments through banks located in the United States.

  • First of all, Customers can visit the Carters credit card payment login page.
  • Login by using your username and password.
  • You may find a payment link on your Comenity account dashboard page or visit the payment section.
  • First of all, add a new bank account if you haven’t added it yet as a payment method.
  • After that, select your bank account and select the amount you want to pay from the minimum payment, full statement balance, or a custom amount.

ii-Payment by Mail:

The mail payment facility is useful for those customers who prefer the old methods and does not find it convenient while using online services.

Comenity Bank offers a Mail payment facility to Carter’s customers. All cardholders can make a payment by sending a check or money order to the below-mentioned address.

Note:

  • Please check your account statement for the most updated information related to the Mail payment.
  • Please verify the payment address from the address given in the billing statement.
  • Mail will take around 7 to 10 days to reach the final destination. It is advised to send a Mail at least 10 days before the due date to avoid the late payment penalty.
  • Please check if there is a payment slip along with the billing statement. Send this slip along with the check in the Mail.
  • If there is no payment slip then write your name and account number on the check to credit the payment to the correct account.

iii-Automatic payment:

Carters’ credit cardholders can enroll in the automatic payment facility. After the enrollment, every time cardholder’s account will be debited for the required payment for your Credit Card.

It’s a great facility to ignore tracking the due date and payment amount.

You will have to provide your checking bank account information such as the account number and routing number which you want to use for the automatic payment transaction purpose.

To enroll in the automatic payment plan, please follow the below steps.

  • Visit the Comenity Carters account page and log in to your account.
  • After login in, visit the payment page and select the automatic payment link.
  • In the automatic payment plan, select the bank account for paying your card bill automatically.
  • Select the amount you wish to pay through the automatic setup.
  • Review all information and finish the autopay enrollment process.

Note: Automatic payment plan will be effective from the next billing cycle. If you enter an amount that is lower than your minimum payment then the minimum payment will get debited automatically from your bank account.

iv-Carter’s Pay Bill by Phone:

Customers can make their credit card bill payments by phone. Please call customer service number 1-877-563-5767 and use the automated line to make a payment. You must arrange your Bank account number and routing number to make a payment.

Phone payment through the automated line is absolutely free. If a customer wants a faster payment service then an expedited phone payment service is also available but it’s not free.

Customers will have to pay a $15 fee on every payment transaction. A live agent will also help to process the expedited phone payment.

v-Pay in the Carters store:

Currently, the in-store credit card payment facility is not available for Carter’s credit card. Please check with the customer representative in Carter’s store if they are making a payment on Carter’s credit card or not.

Customers can use other payment methods such as online payment or phone payment.

vi-Comenity’s EasyPay:

Customers can also use the EasyPay facility provided by Comenity Bank. It’s a great option to pay the card bill at any time without logging in to any account. Please follow the below steps.

If somehow a payment was returned and not honored by your financial institution or if you have Mailed a check but it was not honored by your financial institution then a returned payment penalty of up to $41 will be applied along with the interest charges on the remaining balance.

Otherwise, the late penalty and interest charges will be applied and will be added to the next billing cycle statement.

Enroll in an automatic payment plan:
Customers can easily avoid any possibility of a late payment penalty by enrolling in the automatic payment plan. All payments will be debited from customers’ bank accounts automatically.

Enroll in the Alerts service:

What is the current late and returned fee?

Currently, Carters customers will have to pay a late or returned payment penalty of $30 in case of the first missed payment.

If a customer has already missed a payment in the last six billing cycles then the late/returned payment penalty will be $41.

Please note that the interest will also be charged on the remaining due balance at a rate of 28.99% and the total penalty plus interest charges will be added in the next billing cycle.

Can I pay through a Bank outside the U.S.?

Currently, customers can not pay their card bills from any Bank located outside the United States. All payments must be paid from any Bank located in the U.S.

How to cancel an automatic payment?

To cancel an automatic payment plan, customers can log in to their Comenity’s account center and visit the Payment section.

After that navigate to the Automatic payment option and cancel the automatic payment plan.

How can I change my payment due date?

Currently, Comenity does not allow Carter’s customers to change their payment due date.

Can I get a paper copy of my statement?

After opening the Carters Comenity account, all customers will be enrolled in the paperless communication service and will receive an electronic copy of their monthly statement.

If customers want then they can request a paper copy of their statement.

Just visit the account center and send a request or call customer service at 1-877-563-5767 to receive a paper copy and withdraw your consent to receive electronic disclosures.

What to do in case I have lost my card or if I found any suspicious activity on my account?

Once you have shared the card lost information with the customer service team and also applied for a replacement card then your online account will be unavailable for 24 hours.
