iReady is a technology platform developed by Curriculum Associates Inc to help students and teachers to identify their weak points of students and share meaningful insights about what students must learn next.
iReady uses the i-Ready Diagnostic which is a computer adaptive test that changes its difficulty level based on the student’s answers while the test.
If a student seems to answer most of the questions correctly then the i-Ready Diagnostic will increase the difficulty level of further questions. If students are not able to answer correctly then it will share some easy questions.
The main objective is to find the student’s ability through a fast and efficient method.
iReady also helps in improving the reading level of students through the Oral reading fluency assessment. Through this assessment, the teacher can determine individual students’ reading abilities such as speed, accuracy, and expressions.

To access the iReady diagnostic platform and students’ data after the test, you must log in to the official portal.

Step 1: Open the official website and click the login link in the top menu.
Step 2: On the next page, move down the page and click the login link for iReady connect.
A login form will appear on the next screen (as shown below).
Step 3: Just enter your Username and Password and select the state. After that, a GO button will be visible below the login form.
Click the GO button to log in on the iReady connect portal.
Note: If you are signing in the first time then you will have to complete a few more steps such as selecting your grade. Finally, click the Save button.

SSO users’ login process:
SSO users will access i-Ready through their district’s login portal and will need to contact the school or district administrators who handle portal credentials for login support.
i-Ready Clever Single Sign-On on iPad:
If the school is using the clever application for the Single-Sign-On then Students can log in on iReady with the help of the below steps.
1- Download the i-Ready Connect for Students and Clever application from the app store.
2- Open the Clever app and search for your school/district name.
3- On the next screen you may be asked to enter your username and password or you will have to scan Clever Badge through your iPad’s camera.
4- After the successful login Students can use the iReady connect for students application.
How to recover your iReady login password and username?
In case you forgot your login username and password then you can easily recover both through the official website.
Students/Parents: Since iReady does not issue any licenses to students and parents directly instead they get their login details through their schools so students and parents can not recover their username and password.
Please contact your school administration or your Teacher and inform them that you have lost your username and password. They will assist you with this.
Teachers/Administrators: Teachers and Administrators get the password and Username recovery facility through the official website.
To recover the Username and Password please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Open the iReady login page.
Step 2: Click the Forgot Username/Password link available on the login form. A new window will appear on the screen.
Select the Username in the I forgot my section (as shown below).
After that enter your registered Email address and click the Submit button. Initially, you will not find any Submit button on the Username recovery form.
The Submit button will appear once you enter your email id.
After the submission, you will get an email including your Username.
Once you have recovered your Username, you can now reset your login password also.
Select the Password option in the I forgot my drop-down section (as shown below).
After that, enter your Username, and email address and select your state. Once you enter all the information a Submit button will appear below the password reset form.
Click this Submit button to proceed further.
You will receive an email including the instruction related to resetting your password. Now open your email and click the password reset link sent to you.
Once you click this link a new window will appear on the screen where you will have to create a new password.
Note: Schools using single-sign-on access will have teacher portal access information on your school’s website. Please visit the school website for further assistance.
