- Click the Pay as a Guest link on the right sidebar.
- On the Guest payment form, enter the Account number and Guarantor’s last name.
- Press the Look Up button to verify the account.
- Press the Next button after the verification.
- On the next page, you will find billing details and you can make an online payment.
Note: If you don’t have the guarantor,s information then you can find the guarantor’s name and account number on the billing statement. The guest payment facility is available for Coram patients only.
Bill payment facility is also available through https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/insurance-and-billing/bill-pay web page. It’s a third-party bill payment process managed by AthenaHealth. You will need to enter your 15-character statement code, located in the “Pay Online” section of your bill.
