In the third login method, you can search the login link through the MyChart website. Please follow the below steps.

Step 1: Visit the MyChart website at https://www.mychart.com/ and press the Access MyChart button.

Enter your activation in this sign-up form along with the last four digits of your SSN and date of birth. Click the Next button to verify details. After the verification, create a new username and password and start using your account.

ii-Online registration by using demographic details:

If you don’t have an activation code then you can still sign up online. This process will take some time probably one week in verifying all patient information. Please check the below steps.

1. Visit the MyChart Norton website and click the sign up now button.
2. On the next page, click the No Activation Code? Sign Up Online button.
3. On the next screen, you will find an online registration form where you will have to enter your demographic details.
4. You will have to verify all details and after the verification, you will be able to activate your account and create a new username and password.

How to find your Norton MyChart activation code?

Generally, every patient gets the MyChart activation code on the After-Visit Summary. If you did not get any activation code, you may call the MyChart Norton support number 502-629-8766 and request your MyChart activation code.
