If you have received your activation code on your after-visit summary then the sign-up process will take a few steps only and you can use your new account within minutes.
Once you click the Sign Up with Code link, an online registration form will appear on the screen. You will have to complete the below-mentioned four steps of the sign-up process.
- Terms & Conditions – Accept the terms and conditions and proceed to the next step.
- Activate Account – Activate your account with the help of your 15-digit Activation Code.
- Username & Password – Create a new username and password for the account access.
- Security Questions – Set up security questions. It will help to unlock your account in the future if required.
2-Request activation code:
If you don’t have an activation code then you can request an activation code and complete the sign-up process.
- Click the Request activation code link.
- You will see an online form on the next screen.
- Enter your demographic information in this form.
- First, you will have to verify your identity by using your demographic information and after that, you will receive an activation code to create a new account.
- Once you receive your activation code, the process is similar to what we have explained above.

Sentara developed a new online bill payment portal where patients can enroll and pay their Sentara medical treatment charges.
The Bill payment portal can be accessed at www.sentara.visitpay.com. First, you will have to create a new account and after that, you can log in and pay your bill.
Once patients visit the new bill payment portal, they will find three options.
- Sign In
- Create Account
- Make a One Time Payment
Create Account – Patients can click the Create Account link to sign up if they are visiting the portal for the first time. A sign-up form will appear on the screen.

Sign In – After signing up, patients can again visit the new bill payment page and click the Sign In button.
