TD Bank Mobile Deposit is a service offered by TD Bank that allows customers to deposit checks by taking a picture of the check through their camera. This process will be done through the TD Bank Android or OS app.

Requirements for TD Bank Mobile Deposit:

i- Customers must have a camera-enabled smartphone.
ii- TD Bank mobile app must be installed on the smartphone.
iii- Customers must be registered members of the online banking services of TD Bank.
iv- Customers will have to Sign-up one time to use the check deposit service.

Steps to deposit check:

i- Open the app and select the “Deposit” link on the top side.
ii- Tap the Enroll button to start your mobile deposit sign-up process.
iii- Read the mobile deposit addendum and Accept the Mobile Deposit Agreement.
iv- Select the Deposit a Check option on the next screen.
v- Read tips to set up the mobile deposit and click the Let’s Do It button.

vii- Tap the Front icon to take a picture of the front part of the check. All four corners of the check must be available on the picture. The app will automatically take the best photo of your check.
viii- After that, click the Back icon to take the back part picture. Place the back part of your check and the app will automatically take a picture.
ix- Click the Continue button to deposit your check. You will see a processing status on the screen.
x- After the processing, you will see a “Thank You, your deposit was successful” message on the screen. Your funds will be available in your account on the next business day.

Note: Place your check on a dark background where good lighting is available and take a picture with steady hands.

How to lock and unlock your TD Bank debit or ATM card?

Please check the below steps to lock or unlock your debit card or ATM.

i- Open the TD Mobile app and click the three-line menu link on the top left side.
ii- In the menu, click the Settings option.
iii- In the settings section, click the “Cards (manage your debit and ATM cards)” link.
iv- On the next screen, click the “Lock or Unlock a Card” link
v- You will see a message, “if you are a Zelle customer, your Zelle account will be disabled if you Lock your Debit or ATM card”. Click the OK option.
vi- On the next screen, slide the toggle to lock your card. You will see a “Your card is now locked confirmation” at the bottom side.
vii-To Unlock your card, just slide the toggle to the left side. You will see a “Your card is now unlocked” confirmation at the bottom side.

After locking your card, you can check your transaction history to find out if there is any suspicious activity happened. In case of any unauthorized activity, please contact the bank immediately.

Note: After Locking your Debit or ATM card, all associated services such as sending or receiving money, making purchases, ATM access, recurring payments, or subscription will be affected.

You can set up immediate, future, and recurring transfers through the mobile app. Please check the below steps.

i- Open the mobile app and click the Transfer option on the top side.
ii- Click the From link and select the account to debit the transfer amount.
iii- Click the To link to select the account where the money will go.
iv- Select the transfer amount from the given $50, $100, $500, or $1000 options, or click the Amount link to enter any specific amount.
v- For the one-time immediate transfer, click the Now button. The transfer will be completed immediately.
vi- If you want to set up a recurring transfer, click the Future button and select the transfer date and frequency, and the end date of your recurring transfer.
vii- Click the Review button. On the next screen, you will see all details of your recurring transfer, review all details and click the Complete button.
viii- You will see a confirmation message on the next screen “Thank you, your transfer is scheduled”.

TD for Me is an alert service offered to TD Bank customers where customers receive important notifications related to banking features and programs. Please check the below steps to set up TD for Me alerts.

a. Open the mobile app and click the three-line menu icon.
b. In the menu options, click the TD for Me link.
c. On the next screen, read the information and click the “Let’s Do This” link to start your enrollment process.
d. Click the Allow link to allow TD for Me to send push notifications or just click the Don’t Allow link.
e. You will get a message, “Welcome to TD for Me“.
