It offers a self-service interface that providers can use to access a variety of services offered by Palmetto GBA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n eServices offers fast and secure access to Medicare information through a secure online portal. Some of the important services providers can access are given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are certain requirements to use the eServices portal. These requirements are necessary for the best experience and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Operating System:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Browser requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Recommended Screen Resolution:<\/strong> 1024 x 768<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additional Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Providers can access the eService application with the help of the below steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How to reset the password?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Note:<\/strong> If you have entered the wrong password three times within 120 minutes then your eServices account will e locked out and you will have to contact your Medicare contractor to verify your identity and regain access.<\/p>\n\n\n Register for the eServices and get access to all the features and services. Please note that only those providers who have a signed Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Enrollment Agreement on file with Palmetto GBA and have payment amounts on file can participate in eServices. To find instructions on how to get one, go to the EDI section for your line of business on PalmettoGBA.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Registration is completely free and there is no associated fee. Please follow the below steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please note that the registration is applicable only to the provider administrator per EDI Enrollment Agreement. After the registration, the administrator can assign users and provide them access to different features of the eServices application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have multiple NPIs associated with a PTAN, you must register each PTAN\/NPI combination.
