Former associates can only request a reissue of current or prior year Forms W-2 if they have already given their consent to receive electronic W2 Forms. Only active associates can complete a new consent to receive their W-2 electronically

Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > JCP W-2 Reissue Request In the Former Associate Kiosk. Follow the onscreen instructions to print or request a mailed copy.

How to download Pay Stub?

Associates can download and print their PayStub after login to their account. Please follow the below steps. Please enable the pop-up in your browser.

  • Login to JCP Kiosk Account.
  • After login, click the “My Money”
  • After that click “Pay” on the left navigation.

  • Find the check you want to view and click anywhere on that line.
