Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JVVNL) along with Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (AVVNL), and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JVVNL) will hire candidates for the upcoming recruitment drive.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess the qualification of Secondary from RBSE/CBSE or any equivalent Board
along with ITT (NCVT/ SCVT) NAC or equivalent qualification in the trade of Electrician/
Lineman/SBA/Wireman/Power Electrician.

Reservation

Reservation will be applied as per the government of India’s rule. There will be different numbers of positions for different categories such as General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, etc. Some posts will be reserved for ex-servicemen, Outstanding sports persons, and PWBD candidates.

Age

The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and should not be more than 28 years old on 01.01.2023. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per the applicable rules.

Physical Fitness:

Candidates must be physically fit to complete the required job tasks. A physical certificate from an approved medical authority must be produced.

Salary:

Candidates will get a fixed stipend of Rs.13,500/- during their probation period of 2 years. After the probation period, candidates will get Rs.19,200/- per month as per Level-4 in Pay Matrix.

JVVNL Recruitment Selection Procedure

A common competitive examination will be conducted in online mode to shortlist candidates for the Technical Helper position. There will be two parts to the written exam.

1. Preliminary exam
2. Main exam

Candidates shortlisted in the preliminary exam will be allowed to attend the main exam.

Preliminary examination:

Pre exam will be a qualifying exam only. Candidates will be asked questions based on their General awareness and technical knowledge. The exam carries a total of 100 marks and candidates will have to secure minimum qualifying marks.

Main exam:
Marks obtained in the main exam will be considered to prepare the final merit list. The main exam will carry a total of 150 marks. All candidates must get at least 30% marks to qualify for the main exam. Reserved categories will get further relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.

Interview:

There will be no interview for the Technical Helper position. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Main exam. Candidates will have to complete the document verification to get their final job offer.
