Providers can now log in to the eServices portal offered by the Palmetto. It offers a self-service interface that providers can use to access a variety of services offered by Palmetto GBA.
eServices offers fast and secure access to Medicare information through a secure online portal. Some of the important services providers can access are given below.

- claim Submissions – available for Part B and Railroad Medicare providers
- Clerical Error Claim Reopening Requests – available for Part B
- Remittances Online
- Financial Information – payment floor and last three checks paid
- Financial Forms – eoffset requests, eCheck payments, and CMS-838 Credit Balance form (Part A and HHH only)
- Secure Forms – Appeals, Medical Review ADR Response Form, Prior Authorization Form (JM Part B only), Documentation Submission Form (Part A only), Benefit Integrity Form (RRM only), and General Inquiry Form

- eReview (JM, JJ, and RRB only)
- Additional Documentation Form – available for JJ Part B and JM Part B
- MBI (Medicare Beneficiary Identifier) Lookup

You can participate in eServices if you have a signed Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Enrollment Agreement on file with Palmetto GBA and have payment amounts on file. To find instructions on how to get one, go to the EDI section for your line of business on PalmettoGBA.com.
eServices requirements
There are certain requirements to use the eServices portal. These requirements are necessary for the best experience and performance.

- Microsoft Edge: Version 88.x
- Google Chrome: Version 98.x
(IE 11 browser will no longer be supported as of June 2022)
Recommended Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768
Additional Requirements:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader Version DC or Adobe Acrobat Pro Version DC
- JavaScript enabled
- Compatibility view disabled
- Pop-up blocker disabled
- Use TLS 1.2 selected in browser settings. This option is typically located on the Advanced tab under Internet Options in your browser
Palmetto GBA eServices Login
Providers can access the eService application with the help of the below steps.
- Visit the official website http://www.palmettogba.com/eServices.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click the “Log In” button.
How to reset the password?
- Visit the login page.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter your User ID and press the Submit button.
- Answer two security questions that you have set up during your enrollment.
- After that, you will receive a temporary password.
- Enter the temporary password and create a new password.
Note: If you have entered the wrong password three times within 120 minutes then your eServices account will e locked out and you will have to contact your Medicare contractor to verify your identity and regain access.
Palmetto GBA eServices Registration
Register for the eServices and get access to all the features and services. Please note that only those providers who have a signed Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Enrollment Agreement on file with Palmetto GBA and have payment amounts on file can participate in eServices. To find instructions on how to get one, go to the EDI section for your line of business on PalmettoGBA.com.
Registration is completely free and there is no associated fee. Please follow the below steps.
- Visit the Palmetto GBA eServices login page.
- Click the “Create Your Account” link.
- Enter the Provider Name, Contact Name, E-mail Address, Phone Number, I am/work for, PTAN, NPI, Tax ID, Line of Business, Most Recent Medicare Payment Amount Received or Access Code, Billing Service/ClearingHouse Name, and Address.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click the Submit button.
Please note that the registration is applicable only to the provider administrator per EDI Enrollment Agreement. After the registration, the administrator can assign users and provide them access to different features of the eServices application.
If you have multiple NPIs associated with a PTAN, you must register each PTAN/NPI combination. Each combination will have a unique user ID.
After the verification of provider information with Palmetto GBA, you will be able to create a password and security questions.

Only one provider administrator per PTAN/NPI combination performs the registration process. The provider administrator grants permissions to additional users and administrators related to that PTAN/NPI combination. Palmetto GBA recommends logging in to eServices every 30 days to ensure your user ID is not disabled. CMS system security requirements require your password to be changed every 60 days. This is especially important if you are a provider administrator as this could also impact those account user IDs signed up under yours.

Palmetto GBA takes the security of Medicare providers’ and their patients’ information seriously. To make sure that users’ login information remains safe and secure, we have updated our policies and messaging in our eServices portal. We’ve changed our login messaging to remain compliant with Palmetto GBA and CMS security guidelines. You will see an increase in the use of email to resolve logon issues.
Why am I getting locked out or logged out of eServices?
The user will be logged out of the application and redirected to the eServices login page. The user is inactive in eServices for 30 minutes.
If a user does not log in after being disabled, their user ID will be permanently deactivated after 120 days of inactivity.
If no provider administrators on the account log into eServices within 120 days, the entire account, including all users, is terminated. To regain access to eServices, the provider must re-register.
