How to download the mobile app?

  • Visit the Renown Health website Mychart web page.
  • On the right sidebar, you will find both Android and iOS app links.
  • Click the app icon that is compatible with your mobile.
  • Download the app on your smartphone by clicking the Install link.

Log in to the mobile app:

  • Open the Renown mobile app on your smartphone.
  • On the mobile screen, you will see a login screen.
  • Type your username and password in the login form and Tap the Sign In button.
  • You will be on your account dashboard page.

If a patient is using the official website to access their account but does not know the current URL of the Mychart portal then the patient can search for the correct URL through the Mychart portal. Please follow the below steps.

  • Press the Access Mychart button. A search page will appear on the screen.

How to recover the account?

In case a patient forgot the Mychart Renown username and password then there is a username and password recovery available.

Username recovery process:

  • On the username recovery screen, you will have to very your account by typing in your account information.
  • After that, you can press the Submit button to receive your username through an email.

Password recovery:

  • You will have to click the Forgot password link located on the login form.
  • A password reset form will open on a new page.
  • If you know your username, type it in the password reset form.
  • Type other details also and press the Next button.
  • On the next screen, verify your account and create a new password.

Note: Mychart username is required to reset the password. If you forgot your username also then first recover your username.

Patients can register a new account through two processes.

  1. Sign up through an invitation code.

1-Sign up through an invitation code:

Your sign-up process is very easy and instant activation is possible if you got your invitation code.

Note: Once a patient visits the hospital for treatment, the patient receives a Mychart invitation code along with the after-visit summary. The patient may also get an email including the invitation code and instructions about signing up for a new account.

Please follow the below sign-up steps.

  • Open the Renown Mychart portal homepage.
  • Click the Enter Code button to sign up through an invitation code.
  • On the next screen, enter your invitation code, email address, and date of birth and press the Next button.
  • If your invitation code is correct on the next screen, you will see an online form to create your new Mychart account username and password.
  • After creating a new username and password, you can log in to your account and access your health record and other services such as bill payment.

2-Sign up online:

  • Open the Renown Mychart website.
  • Click the Sign Up Now link available on the login screen.
  • You will see a long online registration form where you will have to enter your demographic information.
  • Enter all required details and press the Next button.
  • On the next screen, you will have to complete the identity verification process through a third party.
  • You will have to answer some questions to verify your identity.

1-Pay through Mychart account:

How can I pay my insurance premium?

Hometown Health is the health insurance division of Renown Health and provides and manages the insurance of all patients. A guest payment facility is available through the Renown Mychart portal.

Patients can use this facility to pay their premiums as a guest. There is no need to log in to any account as the patient can make an online payment.

Information required:
The below information is required to make a premium payment.
-Subscriber ID OR
-Insurance account number?

Payment process:
-Open the Mychart portal.
-Click the Pay Premium as Guest (Hometown Health) link located on the login form.
