How to Reset the Password?
A password reset facility is also available in case you forget your password. Just open the official website again and click the User Management link.
On the User Management screen, click the Reset Password link. On the next screen enter your Unique ID and click the Submit button. You will have to complete a few more steps such as answering the security questions, etc. Click the next step button after each step and finally create a new password.
How to Register a New Price Chopper Direct Connect Account?
Employees can also register a new account from the User Management screen. Just follow the below steps.
Step 1: Open the official portal and click the User Management link again.
Step 2: Click the Register link available on the User Management page. You will see a registration form in a new pop-up.
Step 3: Now you can fill out this registration form. In this registration form enter all required details such as
- Unique ID – Create a new unique ID to access your account in the future.
- Password – Enter a strong password.
- Confirm Password – Enter the same password again to confirm.
- Question One – Select a question from the drop-down menu.
- Answer One – Write the answer to the security question.
- Question Two – Select one more question from the drop-down menu.
- Answer Two – Write the answer to your chosen question.
- SSN – Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN.
Step 4: After filling in all the details click the Submit button to complete your registration process.
Login through Single Sign-On
A Single Sign-On login facility is also available where employees and other staff can log in through the Price Chopper unique ID or email address.
- Open the official SSO portal at https://sso.pricechopper.com/ or https://my.pricechopper.com/.
- Enter the Username or unique ID and Password.
- Click the login button.

How to Recover the SSO Login Password?
1-If you want to log in by using your PCDC Unique ID then you can recover your password with the help of the steps we have already discussed in this article.
2-If you want to log in by using your Pricechopper.com email address or price chopper computer login then please follow the below steps.
- Click the https://pwm.golub.com/pwm/public/ link to reset your password. You will be redirected to the password manager page.
- Click the forgotten password link.
- On the next page enter your Username and click the Search button.
- The system will find your account details based on your unique username. After that, you will have to answer the security questions that you have created while registering your account.
- After answering the security questions you can easily reset and create a new password.
