How to register a new account?

Now you can register for the staff time tracker online through the official website.

Note: You must have your Staff Time Tracker Access Code to register a ShiftWise Staff Time Tracker (“STT”) account. If you don’t have an access code then ask your supplier to enable STT and send you the access code.

Please follow the below steps to register a new account.

  • Visit the Shiftwise VMS login page
  • Click the Register link located on the login page.
  • On the registration page, enter your first name and last name.
  • Enter the Staff Time Tracker Access Code provided by your Supplier.
  • Select “I have not previously obtained a username and password from this web page”.
  • Create your Username and Password in the next step.
  • Select your Time Zone in the next step.
  • Finally, click the Submit button to complete your registration process.

You will see a confirmation message, including a link to return to the ShiftWise VMS login page.

How can I reset my Shiftwise VMS password?

If you forgot your Shiftwise login password and can not access your account then you can easily reset your password online through the self-service option.

Please visit the password reset web page at Enter your email address and username or Staff Time Tracker code. If the information matches your user profile within ShiftWise, an email will be sent to the address on file.

Check your inbox and click the password reset link to create a new password.

Please note that there is a super user in all organizations also called the organization’s ShiftWise Administrator. You can also ask the administrator to reset your password if you are not able to reset it.
