MyCigna Portal

MyCigna is an online portal that provides access to important services as mentioned below.

Find Care and Costs:
Search for in-network providers, procedures, cost estimates, and more.

View Claims:
See a list of your most recent claims, their status, and reimbursements.

Manage Spending Accounts:
Review your spending account balances, contributions, and withdrawals, all in one place.

Access Your Digital ID Cards:
Get on-the-go access to your digital ID card or proof of coverage wherever you are, from the web or mobile app.

All services are available after login to the MyCigna account. Please note that you must be a registered member. If you don’t have an account, please register a new account first.

MyCigna Login

myCIGNA works well with a variety of browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, 7, and 8; Mozilla FireFox, Safari, and Google Chrome.

Please follow the below steps to access your MyCigna account.

1. Visit the official website https://my.cigna.com/.
2. On the homepage, you will find a customer login form.

3. Enter your Username and Password.
4. Click the “Log In” button to access your MyCigna account.

MyCigna Password reset

• Visit the MyCigna login page
• Click the Forgot Password link.
• Enter your Username, First name, last name, and date of birth.
• Click the Next button.
• You will receive an email at the registered email address.
• Click the Password reset link you received through email and create a new password for your account.

You can also recover the Cigna Username in case you are not able to recall it.

• Click the Forgot Username link.
• Enter your First name, last name, and date of birth.
• Press the Next button.

The myCigna app gives you a new and improved way to easily access your important health information. You must be a Cigna customer to use the secure myCigna mobile app. Features available are based on the coverage you have with Cigna.

• Open the mobile app on your smartphone.
• You will see a login form.
• Enter your username and password.
• Tap the Log In button to access your account.
• After login, you can implement additional login security features such as fingerprint scan or facial scan login.

• Please arrange your Cigna ID number, the subscriber’s Social Security number, or another form of identification ready.
• You must be enrolled in a Cigna plan with coverage based in the United States (International customers should register with Cigna Envoy)
• Your date of birth and ZIP code match what’s on file with your employer (if your plan is offered through work)
