Forever Rewarded Loyalty program
All credit card holders will be eligible to earn reward points on purchases made through their Forever 21 credit card.
- Forever 21 credit card customers will earn 3 points on every $1 spent on net eligible purchases at the Forever retail store or on the online website.
- Forever 21 visa cardholders will also earn 2 points for every $1 spent on Net Eligible Purchases made at qualifying restaurants
- Visa cardholders will earn 1 point on all other types of $1 Net eligible purchases.
