What is Shala Darpan RajRMSA Internship?

Rajasthan government has launched a new internship portal for the students where students can check the new internship opportunities. This internship portal has been connected with the Sahala Darpan Rajasthan portal.

After completing the education courses all students can take the help of the Internship portal to find new internship vacancies.

After implementing this new system all universities update their internship vacancies on the Shala Darpan internship portal and colleges will assign the internship opportunities to the students through the online portal.

Note: To share internship vacancies all universities must register on the Shala Darpan portal and get a Shala Darpan ID as soon as possible.

If a student wants to apply for an internship he/she may contact his college for the same.

Internship allotment for the 2020-2021 session is not completed yet due to the lockdown and coronavirus. Please check the official website regularly for the allotment status.

How to update internship allotment preference?

Candidates can check the allotment list for the internship filled by their colleges. Candidates can also modify and update their preferences. For that candidates must login into the portal. Please check the complete process given below.

Step 1: Open the official website.

Step 2: Now click the Candidate login link given on the left side of this portal. A new window will appear on the screen (as shown below).

Step 3: Now if your details have been filled in by your education institute then you will have to find your user name first. On the login screen click the Forgot Password link. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

Now select your district, Course, Institute name, and Admission session, Enter the first letter of your name, fill in the captcha code, and hit the Search button.

Step 4: You will see a list of the candidates of your college including the below-given information.

• Candidate name
• Roll number
• Mother name
• Mobile number
• Gender

Now if your name is listed there then click the Get User Name button after your name. Your user name and password will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Note: If your name is not listed then contact your college to include your details on the portal.

Step 5: Now again click the Candidate login link and enter your user name and password you got on your mobile number and click the login button. You have successfully logged in to the Shala Darpan RajRMSA internship portal.

Step 6: To check your personal details filled by your institution click the candidate profile link from the menu and to check your internship preferences click the Candidate request link from the menu.

After clicking the candidate request link you will see the school choice list filled by the college. If you want to edit this list then click the update preference button.

A new window will appear on the screen where candidates can change or delete the school preference. After changing the preference click the Save button.

Note: Please check your preference list carefully before clicking the save button. After submitting the preference list you will not be able to edit it.

How to check the allotment status?

After submitting your preference list you can check the allotment status on the official portal. Please find the process given below.

Step 1: Open the official website.

Step 2: Click the Allotment status link given on the left side of the official website. You will see a new window on the right side.

Step 3: Now enter the below-given details in the given form.

• District
• Course
• Institute name
• Admission session
• The first letter of the candidate’s name

After that, enter the captcha code and hit the Search button. Your allotment status will be displayed on the screen.

How to check the internship schedule?

All students can check the internship schedule through the official website. Please find the below-given process to check the internship schedule.

Step 1: Open the official internship portal.

Step 2: On the home page you will see a Schedule link on the left side menu bar. Click on this link. A new window will appear on the right side.

Step 3: Now select the course, year, and round and fill in the given captcha code. After that click the Search button.

You will find the internship schedule or you may see a Schedule will be updated soon message.

How to check the internship vacancy list?

Students can also easily check how many vacancies are available for internship opportunities in different universities or colleges. Please check the below-given steps.

Step 1: Open the official website.

Step 2: On the home page click the Vacancy List link given on the left side. A new window will appear on the screen.

Step 3: On this new page, Select the below-given options.

• District
• Block
• Course
• Year
• Round
• School Type

Step 4: After selecting everything fill in the given captcha code and hit the Search button. You will see a list of vacancies below this search form.
