If somehow you are getting the wrong username or password error then you might be entering the wrong information. In this case, you can use the account recovery facility to recover your username or password, or both.
Please follow the below steps.
Visit the official website rcam.target.com and click the Forgot your username or password? link located on the login form. On the next screen, you will see two options.
