If you have applied for any Georgia SNAP (Food Stamp) Benefits program then you will receive your new Georgia EBT Peach Card after the approval of your application. You can use this EBT card to access your Benefits at any participating store in the United States.

You can find the “We accept SNAP” or “We accept Food Stamps” signs at the entry door of grocery stores.

For that, you will have to register a new account on the Georgia EBT portal and create a new user ID and Password. After that, you can log in to the portal through your newly created login credentials and manage your account.

Step 1: Open the official web portal www.connectebt.com/gaebtclient/. You will see the portal homepage (as shown below).

Step 2: A login form is available on the left side of the homepage. Enter your User ID and Password in this login form and click the Login button to access your account.

Login through the mobile app:

Since the Georgia EBT portal is a part of the ConnectEBT portal developed by Conduent Inc., customers can download the ConnectEBT mobile app and access their accounts.

How to recover your account?

All cardholders can recover their account if they forget their password or user ID. Please check the below steps.

How to recover the user ID?

  • Open the official portal and click the Forgot User ID link just below the login form.

  • On the next User ID recovery page, enter your ZIP code, date of birth, and card number and press the Submit button.
  • On the next screen, answer the security question that you have set up while creating your account.
  • After the correct answers, you will get your user ID through an email to the registered email address.

How to reset the password?

You can reset and create a new password with the help of the below steps.

  • On the next screen, enter your zip code, date of birth, 16-digit card number, and new password.
  • Press the Submit button and follow further instructions to change your password.

How to register a new Georgia EBT account?

The registration can be completed through the official website and will take only a few minutes. Please check the below steps.

Step 1: Visit the official portal and click the Create User Account link. A registration form will appear on the screen.

  • ZIP Code (Mailing Address)
  • Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
  • EBT Card Number
  • USER ID
  • Enter New Password
  • Confirm Password

Step 3: Press the Submit button to proceed to the next process.

Step 4: In the next step, create security questions and write their answers that you can easily remember. These security questions will help you to reset your password or unlock your account.

You can log in to your account and create a PIN for your EBT card. Your account will activate after creating a PIN. Your EBT PIN will be used to make transactions. If you got a new card then you will have to activate it before making a transaction.

Note: There is no need to create a PIN for a replacement card. The old PIN will work normally for a replacement card.

Please keep your EBT card PIN secure and don’t share this PIN with anyone otherwise you will be responsible for any unauthorized transaction.

What if I forgot my EBT card PIN?

In case you forgot the PIN of your EBT card you must immediately inform customer service at 1-888-421-3281 phone number. Your account will be locked if you enter the wrong PIN four times. You can create a new PIN with the help of on-call instructions.

You can also log in to your EBT account and create a new PIN anytime.

First of all, you must block your card through your EBT account, or by calling the EBT customer service number.

What if I lost my card?
