What is HRMS Haryana?
HRMS Haryana is an online portal developed by the Haryana government with the help of the National Informatics center for the government employees working in Haryana state. Haryana government developed this portal to implement a proper human resource management system throughout this state.
Due to the digitalization of human resource management in Haryana government efficiency has been improved a lot. All department works which used to take a lot of time are now very much efficient due to the online HRMS system.
It also helps to set up a proper process to complete the different tasks where is task will be monitored by the reporting officer.
The main objective is to develop the Haryana HRMS system is to provide proper human resources-related infrastructure across the state so that all employee’s work can be recorded in a centralized database. The main points about the objective are mentioned below.

HRMS Haryana login process
To use any service employees can log in on the portal by using their login credentials. The login process is given below. Please have a look.
Step 1: First of all open the official website at hrmshry.nic.in
Step 2: On the official website there is a login form given on the left side of the home page (as shown below).
Step 3: On this login form please enter the below-given details.
- User type – Select user type such as Level Admin User, Checker, Marker, Department Admin User
- User ID
- Security code
Step 4: After entering all the details hit the login button. You have now successfully logged in on the portal and can start using available services.
Note: If you don’t know your user id and password please contact your department administrator.
Super Admin Login process
Super admin will get a different login link and a different interface after the login. You may check the below-given process to log in as super admin.
Step 1: Open the official website at hrmshry.nic.in.
Step 2: Now click on the super admin login link given on the top right side of the official website.
Step 3: After clicking the super admin login link a new login window will appear on the screen (as shown below).
Step 4: Now select user type as super admin or report admin and Enter user ID password and security code. After that click on the login button. You are now on a super admin dashboard page.

How to map Family ID with PPP on the HRMS Hry portal?
Government employees can map their Family id through the HRMS portal. You can map the Family ID only through the Checker login option. Please check the complete steps given below.
Step 1: Open the official website.
Step 2: Now login on the portal by selecting checker login and entering your user ID and password.
Step 3: You will see your employee dashboard. Now click on the “Map Family ID with PPP” link located under the Personal Profile menu option.
Step 4: A new page will appear on the screen where you can search for employees through the given search form or by entering employee ID.
Step 5: After the OTP confirmation, you will see a Family ID mapping page where you can MAP the Family ID by clicking on the MAP Family Member link.
By using the above method you can easily Map an employee’s family ID with the PPP ID.
After completing this process you can verify and submit PPP data through the checker login. For this, you will have to click on the Submit PPP Data link. After that complete the rest of the process.
Download mobile app
A mobile app is also available which provides the same type of functionalities that this HRMS Hry portal does. You can download the mobile app from the official portal. Please check the below steps to download the mobile app.
Step 1: first of all open the official website.
Step 2: on the official website you will see a mobile app link on the right side. Now click the mobile app download link. You will be redirected to a Google Play mobile app link. Now click the install button to download the Android app on your mobile.
After installing the mobile app on your smartphone you can log in on the mobile app and start using all the services.
Note: You can use your Intra-Haryana / Karamchari Sahayak website user id and password in the mobile app to log in. The mobile app link may not be working correctly and will be fixed by the department as soon as possible.
If any employees facing any kind of difficulty while using the HRMS portal then they can take help from the helpdesk Haryana portal. If you click on the helpdesk Haryana portal link then a new window will appear on the screen (as shown below).
You are now on the IFMS HRMS help desk login screen. Use your HRMS Haryana login ID and password to log in on the portal and raise your complaint to the concerned department.
Note: Now the Haryana government has launched a new HRMS portal Intra Haryana. This portal is more capable, efficient, and faster than the previous HRMS system. Employees can now view their service book, Bio Data, GPF statement, Salary statement, Salary Slips, etc on the new portal. Employees can also apply for online leave and tours for the new Intra Haryana portal.
Is the Haryana HRMS portal available for all employees?
Haryana HRMS portal has been made only for Government employees of the Haryana state. Private employees will not be able to log in to the portal
Can we apply for a leave on the HRMS portal?
Yes, an online leave and tour application facility is available on the HRMS Haryana portal. But now Haryana government has launched in new Intra Haryana portal to manage the human resource functions of their employees. So all employees are requested to apply for online leave and tour on the new Intra Haryana portal.
Is there any mobile app available?
Haryana government has launched a karmchari Sahayak mobile app but currently, the mobile app is not working. Please check the official website if the download link of the mobile app is working or not.
