1-Visit the official Comenity Venus account web page

2-A Comenity Venus account center page will appear on the screen (as shown below).

3-Now if you want to access your account then you will have to click the Sign In button to make the login form visible (as shown below).

How to make Venus card Payment?

Venus’s credit card is issued by Comenity Bank and cardholders also got different options to make a one-time payment or recurring payment on their card.

i-Onlne Payment:

All Venus customers can visit the official Comenity website and pay the required billing amount online. It is a very easy process and is recommended to all customers. Customers will have to add a checking or saving account as a payment method to their Comenity account.

Please check the below online bill payment process.

  • Visit the official Venus Comenity web page and log in to your account.
  • After login, you will see the payment link on the account dashboard page or navigate to the payment section.
  • In the payment form, enter the amount you want to pay such as minimum payment, full balance, or any custom amount.
  • Select your bank account or add a new bank account.
  • Select the date of the payment.
  • Verify all information and finish the process.

Note: Online payment facility is available 24/7.

ii-Payment through Mail:

Venus customers can also use the Mail facility to pay their card bills. Customers can Mail a check or money order to the payment address.

The payment address is mentioned on the monthly billing statement. Other instructions about the Mail Payment are also written on the statement. It is advised to check all instructions while sending payment checks or money orders.

Please consider around 7 days time in the delivery of Mail.

iii-Automatic payment:

Customers can also use the automatic payment plan to pay the monthly payment automatically. It’s a great facility for those types of customers who don’t want to spend their time tracking the due date. Through this facility, the required payment will get debited from the bank account that you have added to the automatic payment setup.

To enroll in the Automatic payment plan, please check the below steps.

  • Login to your Venus Comenity account and navigate to the payment section.
  • Go to the Automatic settings and enter all required details such as payment amount, bank account, etc.
  • Once set up, you will receive a confirmation message.

Please maintain enough funds in your bank account to avoid any late or returned payment penalty.

iv-Phone payment:

All customers can call the Comenity Venus customer service number at 1-855-839-2900 and make a payment through an automated line. This service is free to use. Customers must arrange their bank routing number and account number to initiate a payment.

An expedited phone payment service is also available. Expedited payment is a paid service and customers will be charged a $15 fee for every transaction. Customers will have the choice to withdraw their expedited phone payment request.

Note: Customers may use any payment method that is convenient for them but all payments must be paid in United States Dollars.

v-Pay through EasyPay facility:

The Comenity Bank also has an inbuilt payment facility Comenity EasyPay. Customers can access this facility through their account web page.

  • Visit the Comenity Venus account page and click the EasyPay link available in the top menu.
  • On the next page, you will find an online form, and customers can pay their bills without signing in to any account.
  • Enter your Credit Card Account Number, ZIP code, and last four digits of your SSN, and press the Find my Account button.
  • The system will search the account associated with the information you have entered.
  • After the account verification, you may pay your card bill through available online payment modes.

How to register a new Venus Comenity account?

All Venus customers must register a new account on the Comenity Bank website. After registering, customers can manage their account online anytime anywhere, and use all the important services mentioned below.

1-Visit the Venus Comenity web page and click the Register Now link located in the top menu.

2-On the next page, you will have to provide your account information to find your account. Enter your credit card account number, zip code, and the last four digits of your SSN.

3- Click the Find my Account button and complete the further process. You will have to create your username and a strong password that will be used to access your account in the future.

How to avoid the late payment penalty?

There are several precautions a customer can take to avoid any late or returned payment penalty and maintain the account in good standing.

Pay minimum payment every month:
Customers must make at least the minimum payment to avoid any late fees and high-interest charges.

Enroll in automatic payment:
Enrolling in the automatic payment plan is a good option to pay the required payment before the due date. Payments will be automatically debited from the bank account and there will be no possibility of a late penalty

Schedule payment in advance:
Customers can schedule their payment in advance and avoid the possibility of a late penalty.

Pay by the due date:
Check your due date and pay the minimum amount or full statement balance by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), on your due date.

Check your bank balance:
If you have set up an automatic payment or you have scheduled payment in advance then please ensure the payment amount is available in your Bank account. If you have issued a check and your financial institution does not honor that then you will have to pay the returned payment penalty also. along with applicable interest charges.

Set up payment alerts:
Log in to your online account and enable your payment-related alerts service to receive important alerts on through text messages or through email. These alerts will remind you about your payment amount and due date.

How much fee I will pay if I missed a payment?

In case you missed your payment then there will be a late fee penalty, returned payment penalty, and interest charges on the due amount. All of these amounts will be added to the next monthly billing and will be included in your statement.

Late Fee: Currently, you will have to pay a $30 fee for late payment and returned payment if it is the first time in the last billing cycle. For further occurrences of missing the payment a $41 late fee penalty and returned penalty will be applied.

How can I check the billing amount I have to pay?

Customers will receive their monthly statement including all payment-related details such as the full statement balance including any previous billing cycle due and interest charges.
Customers can view their statements and check the minimum amount, transaction details, etc.

If there is any mistake in the statement or there is any transaction that you are not aware of, immediately contact customer service and also write them.

Can I change my Venus payment date?

Currently, Comenity Bank does not allow changing the payment due date.

How can I cancel the Automatic payment plan?
